We do not do any meetings or phone calls, design requests are submitted using your memberships private Trello board.

Within your Trello board ( which is very easy to use ) you have a que of unlimited requests. Once you place a requests from your que into the “in Progress” board it will be fulfilled with a few days, depending on the level of complexity. Once that request is fulfilled you will get a notification with a status update where you can review and approve or if need be, give feedback for revision.

Aside from all that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize. With the monthly membership, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need.

We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

As a member, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days give or take a day. However, more complex requests can take longer. Clear and simplified directions in Trello can help speed up the process.

Yes, feedback is always welcome. Revisions will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

No problem! I can revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

All requests and communications are done directly within Trello, via sharing Google docs or wireframes or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s whatever your personal preferences are.

The Professional Membership offers two designs at a time and is especially good for members who need new website design and builds. If you need more service than that. I’m sure we can hop on a call and work something out.

Due to the amount of time spent and the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

In general 2D and video editing are not offered. Those types of projects take a lot of time but smaller requests can be accommodated but no guarantees.
